We spoke to Instagram follower @ejs85 about his audio equipment, record collection and his favourite album
When did you start collecting records?
I started about 6 years ago, when I got a second hand turntable from my Mom. I immediately got hooked collecting records.
What's your favourite record?
Don’t really have one favourite record, but in certain periods I played The National’s ‘Trouble Will Find Me’ very often. I think pretty much all my Gaslight Anthem and Brian Fallon records are played most.
Who are your favourite band?
I don’t think I have one favourite band in particular. But if I have to name one it would probably be Bruce Springsteen and The Gaslight Anthem. My music taste is very wide and goes from jazz to punk, to new wave and hip-hop.
What's your favourite music based magazine?
I don’t really read many record magazines, but when I do it’s Rolling Stones magazine. I also check their website a lot looking for reviews of new music.
